Block trains represent the ideal solution for high-volume national or pan-European consignments, either as regular services with a fixed schedule or on a spot basis.

Transpetrol employees work with rail operating know-how. They accompany you with logistics planning right from the beginning to formulate and manage the suitable transport solution. Thanks to our experience, we implement complex services at short notice, naturally also as package solutions with provision of the requisite wagon equipment.

Our strength lies in our comprehensive network of many private and state, regional and supraregional railways throughout Europe, the specific strengths of which we combine into a coordinated transport operation including all local services optimally tailored to your specific requirements. We ensure a high reliability and transparency of the services via the close communication of our service centre with everyone involved in the transport on the customer side. All train planning operations are collated by the service centre, delivery and recipient points are notified and changes in the transport procedure are coordinated with our customers’ receiving and dispatch points and via our control centre, which is manned daily 24 hours and monitors the services and manages cooperation with the railways.

Since January 1st 2010 Transpetrol has had with its 100% stake in the railway company Bräunert Eisenbahnverkehr GmbH & Co KG the requisite safety certificate for transporting goods by rail and can thus offer its own railway company services within Germany.
